The RCS ExpoSmart App allows exhibitors to use their personal Android or iPhone smartphone for lead management. The exhibitor downloads the FREE* RCS ExpoSmart App to their smartphone prior to the event which eliminates the need to pick up or return equipment once they arrive on-site.
Using the RCS ExpoSmart App is simple. The exhibitor simply scans the QR Code on the attendee’s badge and the information is retrieved. The RCS ExpoSmart App is packed with options, including custom qualifications and notes. All data collected is uploaded in real-time to a secure web page and can be accessed by the exhibitor anywhere, anytime.
The RCS ExpoDroid is an Android device with the RCS ExpoSmart app installed. This advanced unit has all the functionality and benefits of the RCS ExpoSmart app and is perfect for those that don’t want to use their own phone. By “scanning” the QR code on the attendee badge with the auto-focus camera leads can quickly be captured.
With the RCS ExpoDroid basic qualifiers are included and you can add notes to each lead. Leads are uploaded to the cloud at the end of the event once the unit is returned, meaning you won't need to walk away with printouts of the leads you've collected.
The exhibitors use their personal Smartphones to collect and manage their leads. This eliminates the need to pick up or return equipment once they arrive on-site.
Once scanned, detailed contact information is simultaneously stored in a password-protected personal web-site data vault that is set up when full use of RCS ExpoSmart is activated. Leads are never lost or forgotten.

With full use of the RCS ExpoSmart App the exhibitor simply scans the small RCS QR Code that is printed on each badge and the App does everything else.
The Exhibitors simply download the RCS ExpoSmart App to their Smartphone at any time prior to or at the event. Several download options are available to make installation easy and quick.

Exhibitors can use the App for free and gather prospective names and ID numbers at no cost. If they decide they want more detailed information on the scans they can then activate full use of the RCS ExpoSmart App.
If an exhibitor wishes to increase the value of the lead, a custom qualify option is available which allows personalization of the lead through codes or comments either at the time of collection or after the event. Qualified leads are better leads.
After collection, leads are immediately available for follow-up by anyone the user authorizes. All that is needed is an internet connection, the user’s ID, and the password. In today’s world speed of follow-up is critical.
The leads from the web-site data vault can be selected for targeted follow-up or can be easily transferred to custom company spreadsheets or CRM software. Convenience of use makes for more effective lead management and increased Return On Investment.
